Aspire Education Group exists to close that gap, by building the partnerships that connect what people can learn to what economies actually need.
We develop human capital for the twenty-first century economy (digital, sustainable, and green) by building strategic partnerships between education systems and labour markets across Europe and Africa.
Our head office is in Germany, where Aspire Education Group GmbH holds and coordinates our European Commission contracts with the German National Agency (BIBB), alongside institutional relationships with KfW, GIZ and GOVET. We work from there with offices in London and Kampala, where curriculum policy, employer demand and public funding meet.
We are a team of fewer than ten. We coordinate consortia of eleven organisations across seven countries. That gap between size and scale is deliberate: we build partnerships rather than headcount.
We spent six years building relationships in Uganda before the GreenVET4U contract existed. Trust is the deliverable that makes the other deliverables possible.
From an AI assistant for autistic adults to evaluating anti-FGM courses for 2,000 students, inclusion is the brief itself rather than a section of it.
We benchmark frameworks, co-produce theories of change and publish. Our work appears on EPALE and in national media because it is documented, not just delivered.

We convene expert roundtables and co-author reports advancing the concept of Education for Wealth, presented in Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, the Gambia, and at the UK House of Commons.
Aspire is an active contributor to the EU–AU Joint Vision 2030 framework, and our Ugandan work is built on more than six years of relationship-building with the National Curriculum Development Centre, Makerere University Business School and industry partners.
The national awards programme we started in 2023, and have run every year since.
Future Ed recognises education professionals of Black African and Caribbean heritage, and their allies, across schools, universities, supplementary schools, early years settings and community programmes. It exists because the people changing culture and raising standards in UK education are not the people the sector usually celebrates.
The 2024 ceremony ran under the line Black excellence and equity in schools as pipelines to higher education and wealth creation. That is the same argument as Education for Wealth above, made in Britain rather than across Africa.
